you might want to see what if usuites would let you transfer the lease over to someone else since it hasnt even started, saves you the risk of subleasing

i know i tried but since i already signed the lease the only way i can transfer it over is if I find someone. I am doing co-op for fall and summer semester so it would be easier to find someone to sublease a year than 2 diff people 2 different times.

The base rent is 495 a moth. If someone would make me an offer for another monthly payment i will pay the difference

!!!! If those of you who read this can find someone to sublease the room from me for the one year....i will give you $50.00 along with the $450.00 to the person who will actuall be leasing it.

As you can see i am tryin to get this room leased out. I will not be here 8 out of the 12 months i would be leasing it so it is easier to find someone to just take over the whole year, and i find somewhere to like for those 4 months.
