Looking for 2 new tenants, preferably male/NCSU students for a 1st floor 4 BR apartment in University Commons off of Gorman Rd. The apartment provides a separate bedroom for each tenant with a private bathroom and closet. There is a shared common living area. Unit comes with a full size washer and dryer. Unit also has high speed wireless and is located on the Wolf Line!

The lease term is for 1 full year beginning August 1st, 2009 and running though July 31st. The rent is $275.00 per month. Utility bills per tenant average out to approx. $23.00 - $25.00 a piece.

This apartment is in good shape, ceiling fans with lights in the living room and in the bedrooms, and has a nice ground floor patio porch that is on the hill side of the building. The rooms currently being advertised are nice, with both a private full bath and a walk in closet.

Plenty of parking, I normally park within 50 feet of my door, 100 feet away on a crowded day.

Apartment currently has Earthlink high speed internet, with a 802.11G router set up in the living room, as well as a gigabit wired network that is run to rooms as needed or asked for in apartment use. All network hardware is on discrete battery backups, no more losing your internet every time the power flickers for a second.

Apartment does NOT currently have a cable plan active other than data, the individuals moving out were not interested in having cable, so i cut cable service. Cable service can be active, so long as tenants who want this are willing to pay their share of it.

Power bills have stayed low, thanks to a ground floor apartment, curtains on windows for insulation, and a programmable thermostat.

Utilities work on a nice easy 4 way split, with each room paying 25%, no funny math here. Living/Dining room area is HUGE, plenty of room for you to spread out.

As a renewing tenant, I have to say, you will not find ANY landlord as easy to deal with as Jeff.

I will be staying on for the new lease, and am currently giving the apartment a ncie deep clenaing now that it is starting to empty out.
