My fiance is the one selling it. He bought it new from an individual who had purchased 25 of them at an auction. He got it in January 2004 and has only put 50 miles on it total since he got it.
It has a new battery, new spark plug, fresh gas and oil. He also have a helmet that he purchased to go with it (included in the price).
Since this is a moped you do not need to have tags, title or a drivers license in the State of NC to ride. You must be 16 and only ride on non-interstate roads.

$1000 is high considering you can get a brand new '09 for ~$1750 and limited warranty.

And considering the fact that this is not a good scooter like a Honda Ruckus that retains value and runs for a while. This is a 7 year old bottom of the barrel scooter. I don't care if the shit only has 100 miles on it son.
