I need someone who has experience soldering PCBs, and can provide some proof or reference that they are good at it. I will pay $15/hr, and work will be on an as-needed basis. Currently, I assemble the product in small batches, and each batch takes me 8-15 hours to build. You would be expected to finish them in a reasonable amount of time.
