Figured more appropriate here since most of you garagers knew him, couldn't have asked for a better dog. He got hit by some drunk fuck driving 50 mph+ through my neighborhood last night, the fucker never even touched the brakes and didn't even stop after he hit him.

Sorry to hear about this. I know not of this dog, but I know of dogs.

Sucks to lose a family pet. Sorry to hear that it was due to an inconsiderate asshole as well!

At least have the fucking balls to stop if you hit somebody's pet. If you're going to kill somebody's family member the least you could fucking do is apologize, dammit.

My guess is that Blackie wasn't doing anything out of the norm, and was probably being as safe as was necessary, as all smart dogs are capable.

When you factor in something like a drunk asshole flying through the neighborhood at twice the posted limit...and especially if there are any curves or turns whatsoever...disaster results. HUMANS have bought the farm this way.

Quit being your usual choad self, Kyle.

Keith...I'm very sorry, man. I've had to lay to rest too many of my own animals for this very reason...and have usually cried like a baby. They're family too. Too many people don't realize just how bad they hurt others when they're reckless.

I wouldn't have even been up that time of night if I hadn't got called into work, I was letting him out while I was getting dressed, had I been walking him on a leash to his favorite shit spot across the road, I'd probably be dead right now too.

all that I'm saying is that ppl love to blame others for their problems or misfortune instead of themselves.

if you had your dog well trained to stay at the edge of the road b4 u gave it the ok to go then you would have been fine.

if you knew you lived on a dangerous street, don't let the dog pick it's favorite spot to be across the road. or take some initiative and keep it on a leash, look both ways then cross with your dog at your side.

shit you let your dog outside unattended... seriously. dogs are like 4 year olds that never grow up, most do wander and can't watch out for themselves. that's why you have to be the MASTER and look out for it everyday.

it could have been any driver that hit the dog, it was in the damn street.

you are not covering your bases. I'm happy that it was only a dog and not a kid.

maybe this will teach you a lesson that for next time you need to be a more responsible dog owner.

Kyle (and Will) I would just like to point out that there was a time where if your dog had been killed and you made a thread, not a single one of us would have posted a derogatory comment. The behavior you two continue to display is so grossly immature (even compared to regular TWW Garage behavior ) that we all can't help but wonder what the fuck is wrong with you. If you yourselves were to be run over and killed or mortally wounded can you imagine how elated some of the garage regulars would be at the news? I hope it makes you sick to realize that, as sick as it made me to read your comments in this thead (and others). Please find a forum where you fit in, cause in case you didn't know NOONE wants, needs, or benefits from what you have to offer here.

I can only hope that kyle gets hit and killed by someone while he's riding his motorcycle, so I can say, you shouldn't have been riding on a street with cars you dumb fuck. Chances are it will be Will's drunk ass driving.

if i get killed on my motorcycle, it will have been my fault i accepted the risk.

when i chose to become an owner of a dog, I accepted the responsibility that it was my job to make sure that he is safe at all times and under my watch.

I really feel sorry for your loss, but you need to know how to watch out for your next dog in the future if you choose to get one so this doesn't happen again. I'm not trying to be an ass. just tellin' the truth.

You can't anticipate everything... On a bike when someone comes into your space suddenly enough its not going to matter that you are paying attention and riding safely. Like you said you accepted the risk. The same goes for owning a dog... They can get out of a collar, harness, fenced yard, whatever, at any time for any reason. The same thing could easily happen to your dog. Maybe you are not as in control as you think? Obviously you don't have enough life experience for this to be evident to you, but murphey's law is a bitch.

And damn man, why are you going to come in here and shit on someone anyway? Losing a pet is one of the worst feelings.

You say you are telling the truth but you are obviously lying, because it is painfully obvious you are trying to be an ass.

Accidents happen. To people on motorcycles, to people in cars, and sometimes even to our pets. Blatantly ignoring that fact in the first place, and now continuing to do so is astonishing. Obviously you have lived your life in a bubble, I was going to say how sad it would be one day when that bubble is burst but honestly, if anyone ever needed something bad to happen to them, it would be a person as ignorant as yourself.

To those riding fj40, you guys must have missed the trolling and shit talking that has been done by 69 (and crew) just about every time he or ragged posts in this section for what seems like more than a year now.

Now, I'm not saying I'd troll the guy for losing his dog because I'm a dog owner with a 1 and 3 yr old and from time to time I imagine what the pain will be like the day they turn in their bodies for doggie heaven...but I understand where its coming from.

If someone rode my balls for over a year, I'd have a tough time being a bigger man about it.

Anyway, my 2 cents weren't necessary. Sorry about your dog man.
