i actually erased it because:
a) well, at first i was gonna just move it to CC, simply because it was dump and way off topic
b) but as i thought about it, i realized that its length that was not conducive to the performance of the section/site that i was a moderator on

when i sued the police, THAT was because of personal run-ins with da fuzz. get it right
