So I graduate in a few weeks but plan to be in the Raleigh area until at least December. I need a place to stay but don't want to sign a year lease. I like the place I'm in now but I would need two more room mates as my room mates plan to live with another friend of theirs. I could stay with them, but they require a one year commitment. I am waiting to hear back from my land lord to see if he'll do month to month or 6 month lease, but if he does I will need two more room mates.

Another option would be to move in with someone who would allow a 6 month or month to month lease. Let me know what you got.

I'm moving out of my apartment next week and my parents are looking for somebody to rent out that bedroom on an individual 6 or 12 month lease.

The lease would run from August 1 through January 31st. The apartment is a ~1200 sq ft garden style townhome w/ 2 bedrooms & 2 baths (your own private bedroom & bath) just southwest of centennial campus (~1 mile drive from campus). I don't currently have any great pics of the place (I'm painting and cleaning as we speak), but can send you some if you're interested. It's $350/mo in rent plus utilities (utilities run about $100/mo combined for water+internet+electricity).

If you wanted something starting in July I might be able to get them to do a weekend start date on the 18th-19th or 25th-26th. I move out next wednesday and will be staying at their house temporarily so I can stop by here and paint where there was furniture in the way before I moved out.

Also, your roommate would be another guy who keeps this place stupidly clean (in part with help from his GF) and makes me look like a slob (which I am). He's a nice guy and a good roommate, and he brews his own beer so from time to time you can mooch some pretty decent beer for free (last couple batches have been kickass).
