$50
I don't know how much interest you'll find on here (I have no clue if other people are into flight sims right now). I don't need FSX, but the rest of it is most certainly needed if the price is right. That was a big investment if you weren't that big into flight son!
I'm huge into this flight and I like to use the simulator to keep my navigation skills reasonably sharp. Adding realism is always helpful to me, so I'd be using this thing with a regularity. At least you know it will go to a good home if you sell it to me my son! ] 7/10/2009 1:50:55 PM |

$150 for the hardware. Already got FSX, so that is worthless to me, but if you don't want it I will take it. 7/12/2009 12:54:31 PM |

Not going to comment on anybody's figure when you have had a couple of people interested? Its called negotiating. I started at a lower price, your at a higher. Your not getting $400 for that rig, so tell us what you would be willing to negotiate for on the price. I am seriously interested, but "bttt" ain't gonna get shit sold unless you communicate with bidders. I could easily do $250 for this, but I'm not throwing that out as my first offer. 7/15/2009 8:07:01 AM |

I'll venture out on a limb here and say that if someone doesn't respond to your bid then they may be insulted by the lowball bidding that goes on here and it probably isn't worth entertaining. If someone is asking $300 for something & you put in a ridiculous bid of $20, that's not really worthy of a response IMO. I find that most people on TWW that lowball aren't even really interested in what's being sold at all. They're just taunting the seller and being smart asses. Serious sellers are looking for serious buyers. The occasional suggestion as to how someone might effectively sell his or her item is one thing... but in general, folks that post items in classifieds aren't looking for sales advice. If so they'd post something asking for such advice in chit chat or another forum designated for senseless banter. If you think someone's asking price for his or her item is too much then don't buy it! But don't try to convince a person that they should accept one tenth of their asking price or taunt them because they won't sell you something for next to nothing just because you can't afford it. 7/15/2009 9:09:56 AM |

Asking price was never posted... I'll venture on a limb and say that I would believe it to be "common sense" that someone isn't going to see retail offers (or offers close to such a price) for something used, especially in this forum.
Also, I would think that $150 was a serious offer... It's no where dramatic like $20 for $300. I read $150 for something that is ~$400.
Carry on.

Thx Shmorri, that was my point. $5 or $threeve is not a serious offer. $150 is.

My totally serious offer of $50 still stands.
I feel bad that you purchased something this expensive when you had no interest in flight, but that doesn't mean you're going to get back what you put into it. Let me know, I'll buy it for $50 today son. 7/16/2009 12:17:36 PM |

While I appreciate your serious bid, and I do realize this is the wolfweb, but I already know I could get $250 for it, anyone want to offer more? 7/16/2009 12:44:47 PM |

I've still got $50 with your name on it man....
And I am completely serious, I will buy it for that price immediately son. This is not an easily sold item because so few people have a use for it. I can't figure out why you bought it considering you don't seem to have any interest in accurate flight simulation for training purposes. I do have these interests though and considering how little attention you've gotten, it looks like you're gonna have to settle for a more reasonable price on this used system.
Now, I am offering $50 straight up. Cash in hand my son. ] 7/27/2009 1:01:47 PM |
