When I first needed to reorder checks, I must have been about 22 or 23, so this probably would've been in 2004. I found a dynamite Star Wars design listed in the insert that came with my first box of checks, but it wasn't available anymore.

The design was based on the upcoming Star Wars movie, Episode I: The Phantom Menace!

haha, i'm almost pissed off enough to switch banks over this, but wachovia does have a sweet online billpay system.

if it weren't for billpay, i'd have the worst credit score on the planet. I hate hate hate hate writing checks and putting them in envelopes and putting stamps on them, and would put that shit off for months.

i too was a bit mad when i worked there and found out they didn't offer NCSU debit cards but offered Carolina cards.

with checks you can actually have 3rd party companies make your checks if you so please. just make sure it is a good company that uses the proper ink for the account line.

We just recently move to SECU from Wachovia and haven't looked back.

SECU's Billpay does suck balls compared to Wachovia's. It works fine, but was a bitch to get all the payees set up.

When I reordered some checks from Wachovia like 5 months ago, they had a Tuffy logo you could put on the checks, but they didn't have any checks that were bright red. The best I could do was a burgundy themed check with a giant Tuffy logo in the middle of the background.
