We have a bedroom available that we would like to fill soon. We are two guys and a goofy German shepherd living here with a third guy moving in shortly, but we have space for one more. The house is located on the corner of Beehnon Way and Betry Pl. in the Tryon Pines neighborhood about 10 minutes drive from main campus. Rent is $350/mo. plus utilities (usually running about $75/mo., which covers water, gas for heat, electricity for power and A/C, and standard cable which can be upgraded upon discussion). You would have a choice between two bedrooms, both of which are a good size (smallest is about 15' x 20') with large closets.

*Garage (motocycles are currently parked there)

*Quiet neighborhood
*Front porch and back deck
*Furnished common areas (though we still have room for furniture if you have some)
*Carpet throughout the house (bathrooms being the exception)

All of us are students at NCSU who enjoy a clean living area. The property is managed by Triangle Investment Realty in Cary who require a background and credit check ($20 application fee) as well as a one month rent security deposit.
