Cleaning out the computer crap closet. Call 919-859-6082, since I probably won't check PMs often enough.
First, here's what's for sale:
A computer - $40:
- ATX case - removable front and sides
- Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe (http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/mainboards/display/asus-a7n8xe-deluxe.html)
- Athlon XP 2300MHz CPU
- Mad Dog 350W power supply (20 pin + 12V with 1 SATA power)
- 1GB (2x512MB) Kingston DDR200 RAM
- nVidia 6600GT AGP video card
Some notes:

- One of the fans on the giant heat sink is acting up - buzzing once in a while.
- The fan on the video card died, and it wasn't easily replaceable, so I ripped the cover off and bolted a case fan onto it.

Here's what I'm giving away:
Dual socket 370 1U server with:
- 2x Pentium III 1130MHz "SL5PU" CPUs
- 2x 9.1GB SCSI Hard drives
It needs two matching PC133 ECC low-profile DIMMS. Rails not included.
NetApp NetCache C1105
Some Dell Pentium III machine I'm not going to bother to open up.
Pentium 1 motherboard. I can probably throw in RAM if you want.
A "Good Link" email device (it's like a PDA, but mainly just for email. Not sure if you can still get service for it)
A fat Pentium laptop
An ever fatter 386+ laptop
A bunch of very dead hard drives (for magnet harvesting)
15" CRT
A bag of wire - looks like in-the-wall phone wire or something. Not CAT5.

Another free thing:
Canon S410 digital camera. Something is messed up, because the photos it takes have horizontal noise. Maybe a loose internal connection or something? Anyway, comes with extra battery and charger. Free! 8/1/2009 12:19:33 PM |
