Who the hell pays almost $100 for a piece of rubber with some nylon straps on it?

^^ you have no idea how comfortable they are, and they will last for a hot minute.

I might be interested in both of these... I've never tried Merrells but they look comfy.

$60 for both

What is $100 for something that is insanely comfortable and will last for several years?

All the Merrells I've owned have been very comfy. I'm wearing some Merrells at work today actually. I have several pair that I wear to work and I use Merrell Chameleons for hiking.

^^ I can't help that I was blessed with flippers. and hot minute = long time... slang comes across weird on tdub sometimes

^ I was thinking of wearing them to work, but they might be to casual. Parts of them remind me of my climbing shoes

i love my chaco sandals...the most i've paid for them, though, is $25 on clearance at REI

i've got 4 pairs of chaco flips (most paid for those was $11)

the sandals have been with me all over the world and i've had them for years...when i was a student, i wore them all the time...those vibram soles last FOREVER and they're very comfortable

i don't think they use vibram anymore, though...at least, the last two pairs of flips i bought didn't have vibram soles

About the flintstone feet, I'm 5'8 and have great balance thank you very much, I'm sure your manly feet are dainty and beautiful.

And these sandals are not for the trendy, they are for comfort and durability.

I worked at an outdoor store and got these at wholesale, but I already have 6 pairs of Chacos and and the Merrells look funny on me, so I cannot return them and thought about taking them to other stores for credit, but I need the $$$.
