what IS traction? hahahah.

the 7cm housing with the 14B compressor wheel seems to push back the spool a bit. i'm not having as many traction problems and the car seems similiar in speed (at 16psi). my map has about 4-5 degrees less timing in it then is recommonded by similiar builds. hope to have it on a dyno next week. i figure 275-300 whp. i did some more weight reduction . It would be fun but there isnt anymore point in more power with that platform. I guess when i get bored i can throw another grand at it and try 400hp. I dont think the transmission will last a month.

i dont even have a "work" to drive to anymore. severance pays until next year. i did not drive it to work during that time period because it was 80 degrees outside and I have that slow roadster to justify.

i currently alternate cars back and forth. its got like 6000 miles on it since i built the motor. it gets rain duty.

1.6L + 7CM housing = free traction control. feels weak as crap (or like a honda, lol) below 2300rpms.

ohhhhh, im running a 12cm housing and it's the tightest of the tight for my lowly 5.9L


my traction control is lifting off the pedal .... I feel like i got quinn-power while driving around in the rain, breaking traction at highway speeds with the push of the pedal.
