When you say "PCI" do you really mean PCI or PCI-E? I'm not trying to be a dickhead, just need clarification.

As in,

That might be tough. Most cards have S-Video out though.

i mean pci and composite.

this card will be old as shit, but so is my tv. and both of my pci-e slots are occupied.
