Bike runs extremely well, has almost new tires (probably 70%). Michelin pilots (regular in back) 2 CT in front. Flush mount front signals, undertail kit that looks sweet in the back. Chain/sprocket (520 i believe) Body is flawless. Bike comes with a rebuilt title (in hand) Will be gone fast. Asking $4700.

Also will sell separately:
Icon Hooligan Battlecry jacket red/black size XL
Cortech golves, full gaunltlet, red/white/black Size XL
HJC Yikes III Helmet matte red white black size XL
All the gear is in "mint" condition, please make offers.

I forgot, it has a high rise MIG pipe with a few scuffs on it, that's the only problem. Blue reflecting tape on both sides of both wheels.

$4700 seems a bit high for a MY 2000 bike with a rebuilt title, although I have no knowledge of the circumstances of this rebuild. Best of luck with the sale.

Yeah, buyer is going to assume the worst unless you can prove otherwise. Nice looking bike, though.

I did not rebuild the bike, but have ridden it for 5 months now. It is flawless mechanically. I also don't know the circumstances of the rebuild, but knowing sport bikes, it was most likely because of cosmetic damage.,

Only problem is that you can not get comprehensive or collision insurance on a rebuilt title. Parking a liter bike around campus without comp is probably a bad idea.

I am not a huge fan of harleys, but that one does look pretty sweet. I think as long as it's got two wheels and a motor that can make it hustle, it is a sexy hunk of metal.

Most people don't know that you can only get liability insurance on a rebuilt title. It's extremely important information that should be disclosed. My preference is always for a bike in poor cosmetic shape with a clean title over the rebuilt title for insurance reasons.

do you guys know how much comprehensive collision coverage is on a liter bike? Honestly, I could not afford it. it was in the neighborhood of 400 a month.

^seriously, comprehensive on a 9 year old bike is retarded. comprehensive insurance on ANYTHING that costs under 5 grand is generally questionable.

agreed.

I also think liter-class bikes in general are retarded, or at the very least questionable...but that's just me.

I had comp on my ninja 250. It was worth the extra $25 a year to get it in case it got run over in a parking lot with no witnesses.

That's how my first one died. Only there were witnesses. Drunk bastard couldn't even make it out of the parking lot without totaling my bike AND the car next to it.
