I've read his stories and the only thing I think can be possibly construed as rape is that he gets drunk with women and sleeps with them. Supposedly she can cry "rape" and the charge can stick in cases like that. It's of course complete bullshit, people go out every night and get buzzed/drunk and try to get some action.

Brilliant for him, don't see how it is sad that someone manages to make a ton of money off of creating an image. People do that all the time, from athletes to actors.
