It seems NCSU has changed how users can access their K drive from home since I graduated in 2007. Also, they still have old webpages with instructions that dont work anymore
can anyone tell me what software i need and the settings so i can log into my k drive from my home pc?
BigMan157 posted this link, but even it is wrong apparently....can't find any sFTPdrive on that http://download.eos.ncsu.edu/ site

ExpanDrive is the way to go now.
http://www.eos.ncsu.edu/software/downloads/select-a-file.php?download=5 if you're running it on Vista, you may have license issues. in that case, just E-mail ITECS and they'll E-mail you a license file that works properly on Vista.
from there, after installing:
server = ftp.ncsu.edu 22 Username = UID Passord = UPW Authentication = Use a password to log in Directory = Show only my home directory
