I need to get to North Hills today sometime before the Murray State game. Anyone know what bus route takes you there? I've tried looking online at their sites, but can't find anything of much help. If you don't know then could you give me a heads up as to where to find this out? I'm kind of used to having a car and not having one is kind of irritating considering I know how to get around Raleigh. 9/12/2009 2:26:10 AM |

somebody needs to write the pinheads at city management about the joke of a public transportation system Raleigh has. 9/12/2009 11:00:07 AM |

every time people start talking about public transportation, it gets shouted down in favor of widening some street instead

I'd like to widen most streets by 4 or 5 feet.
Just enough to add a bicycle lane. 9/12/2009 1:04:22 PM |

#8 Northclift Outbound? If you're around NCSU, I'd prolly take one of the inbound routes that goes by campus (#16 Oberlin Rd/#4 Rex Hospital/#12 Method Rd/#11 Avent Ferry) to Moore's Square and get on #8 outbound.

I remember when North Hills was being redeveloped, both they and Brier Creek fought tooth and nail against allowing bus routes to stop at their shopping centers. The didn't want THOSE kinds of people showing up. 9/12/2009 2:36:56 PM |

North Hills needed a bus route to haul "those people" away from the shopping center they called home for 20 years. 9/12/2009 3:31:14 PM |
