Call the Cary barnes and noble at 919-467-3866 sometime tomorrow late morning or early afternoon. I work there and we get at least 100 boxes each day of various sizes but many are a uniform size that is pretty ideal for packing stuff up in. ask to speak to the receiving department and we will hook you up. It is located on the corner of Maynard and Walnut in cary if you are unfamiliar with the area. If there is another B&N closer to you look up their number and I am sure they will let you have some.
