I have an 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee with ~107K. The idle has been a little bit rough for a while and today I got a P0123 throttle position sensor voltage abnormally high code. I would like to try to fix it without taking to the stealership if possible. I have checked online a bit but don't really know enough about the wiring to know what to check first. It looks like the first step would be to replace the TPS if all the wiring and connections look ok, but I have also read that a bad clockspring in the steering wheel can contribute to this error code as well.
Can anyone give me any further suggestion on this code and is there anyone on here that might be able to take a look this weekend for $rhode island.
Thanks. 10/1/2009 11:01:05 PM |
