My neighbor is moving out on October 30th. I'm helping him sublease his apartment for the remainder of the time he has his name on the lease which is 7 months. It's a 3 bedroom townhouse across from the $1.50 theater on Blue Ridge. The apartment complex is called Westgrove Apartments. Rent is $820/month. He is offering either free first month rent or $100 off of every month for the next 7 months. Also, he is offering to clean after his lease is up.

Also, if anyone is interested, my ex is trying to sublease her room in a 3bed/3bath house off of Peace St. Her room is the entire top floor and is massive. Other 2 rooms are taken by 2 females. Rent for that place is $575/month until next summer.
