Just ordered a rear tire for my Yamaha C3. Wondering how difficult it is to replace the rear tire by myself. I shouldn't have a problem removing the exhaust to get to the wheel. Removing the wheel is no problem either. The part about getting the tire off the rim....that's my dilemma maybe. Should I just have a scooter shop do that part or is this part easy as well?

it's a PITA, though someone like tripleD4u could probably do it for a bit less than a shop

its actually pretty simple

soap, rags, long screw drivers/prybar, and some man handling.

just get one spot strated and work it around, breaking the bead is the hard part, i reccomend laying a 2x4 on the tire and then drving on it
