question: how does competitive airsoft work? like with paintball people can see when you get shot and "die" but with airsoft there is no visual evidence one was hit. so is it a almost a faith-based game where you take the word of the people that they were hit or not hit? 10/13/2009 2:22:40 PM |

basically its on an honor system, if you get hit you call yourself out. There are "refs" that run around and shit, and if they see you get hit and you dont call it you get kicked out of the game. 10/13/2009 2:34:17 PM |

I used to do this back in 00-03. I travelled all over the east coast with the c.r.a.s.h team. I don't even know if they are still around.
I still have all my gear though. 10/13/2009 3:06:15 PM |

^you were in CRASH? Did you play with them at the point the STAG guys started doing some stuff with them in the trailers? Some friends and I started STAG in charlotte in 03.
^^^^I used to play with STAG out of Charlotte and went to operation Nordic Hammer up in maryland. But since then I have pretty much completely quit. I dont even have a airsoft gun anymore. I wouldnt mind getting back into it but i dont have the time or money right now. Perhaps after i graduate in Dec and get a real job. Have fun at your event. 10/13/2009 4:10:29 PM |

Yeah, I was in CRASH. I left before the STAG guys started. I got out of it because college took too much time, and I couldn't drive down there every other weekend. Still miss the trailers...those were good times. 10/15/2009 1:53:50 AM |
