Looking to rent one room, in a great/central location (by Cary Parkway and Kildare Farms roads), located close to I440, 10-15 minutes from NCSU/downtown area, similarly close to the airport as well. This places it one exit from the mall, two exits from I 40, etc.

Room has it's own closet and bathroom in a 2 bedroom condo. The apartment is partly furnished, but flexible. All utilities are included (internet/cable also).
