Hi,
I have a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath available. I need to move asap due to personal reasons so I need someone to sublease the apt. The rent is 635 which includes water trash washer and dryer. The apt is located off of Gorman St and Avent Ferry on Gorman Crossings.
Amenities include gym, pool area and swimming pool. My lease expires in May.
I am willing to pay to application fee if you interested in the apt. I also have some furniture and you are welcome to it. The apts are clean and Ive never had any problems with roaches or anything like that.

Gorman Crossings does NOT have a gym and pool.....I lived there freakin' 3 years and never did I see a damned gym or pool?!?!?
