My hard drive is currently dying. I get BIOS warnings and I can hear it. I have ordered a new SATA drive to replace it and I would like to transfer my boot partition to the new drive (I have it partitioned into boot and storage areas). What is the easiest way to do this and will I have to jump through XP validation hoops once I do? 10/20/2009 4:25:37 PM |

basically you just need to image the partition and restore the image to the new drive.
