Remember taking a course where professor went over an elaborate business model that included most of the factors a business should consider when starting up or going through change management. Googled, but to no avail. I believe the model was named after the guy who created it.

And of course, as soon as I submitted, I remembered it was the Porter Model.

Porter and change management usually don't go together. However, the five forces model likely applies in the case of a startup or significant shift in company strategy (not quite the same as change management).
