haha, i'm not a notary. i know a few though from work.. if it was like $100 i was gonna say i'd get one of them there. obviously $20 wouldn't talk them into driving from gboro, though.

i didnt realize notaries cost money. the guy at wachovia always does it for free...

most banks (and notaries) will do it for free; however, they may not if you don't bank w/ them. if that's the case they can only charge up to $5. if a notary ever tries to charge more than $5 they are breaking the law.

i have never charged to notarize anything.
