the guy who showed me the website said he knew people that checked in at atms or grocery stores they went to which in my opinion is pretty lame, i think there should be some sort of gentlemanly rules we should have like you have to purchase a beer before you can check in somewhere

its fun if people you know do it, most big cities offer people specials when they check-in or become mayor

So I signed up for this the night I posted in here on my phone and I used it like once a week later and then deleted it to never use it again. But randomly today I got like four "friend requests" three months later. WTF?

Also, I'd use it if they had benefits for check-ins in Raleigh like they do in places like NYC, etc...
