The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit, in Hunters' Creek but actually on Kaplan Drive rather than the little side road. It's a good-sized place, 1650 square feet on two stories. Downstairs has living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and the largest bedroom (which also makes a great den/family room/TV room). Upstairs has a loft (makes a great office area), master bedroom with private bath, the third bedroom, and another full bath in the hall. Tile floors downstairs (installed last year) except for the bedroom, carpet there and upstairs. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer included. Large deck with storage room, 2 spaces off-street parking and more available on street. The location is great--short walk to a wolfline stop, even shorter to a CAT bus, just down the street from Cook Out and the Western Blvd. shopping/restaurants, close to 440, short drive to campus. Frisbee Golf course and Kentwood Park immediately next door, quiet neighborhood after that, nice place to go running/walking.

I'd be extremely interested if I wasn't strictly looking for 4 bedroom.

If one of my partners dies off, I'll make sure to contact you and or this guy.

..and if he knows any 4 bedrooms in the area, give me the word. I've been looking something fierce at Hunter's Creek and Kaplan.

All of the units in this part of Hunter's Creek are either 3 bedroom, or 2 bedroom with a garage. I think some of the ones across Kaplan (the 3-story units toward the back of the complex) are 4 bedroom. Or check out the houses farther down Kaplan, past the frisbee golf course, if you're looking for 4 bedrooms.

Now anyone who is looking for a 3 bedroom, look no further than this one.

I believe it's been rented for the first half of '10. Netstorm, if you're looking for fall, send him an e-mail; I don't know if they have any potential of staying longer, or not.

And to answer an oft-repeated question (in case anyone is interested for fall at this point)--rent is $1000/month. (This has been on the linked web site the entire time) Pets are allowed; $150 deposit for cats, $250 for dogs, other animals negotiable (just ask).
