Where do we draw the line?

What happens when every day you wake up you are stuck going through the motions? True happiness exists in personal freedom. When you work for an employer’s wage you submit to suffering under mutually accepted terms. But when you accept a farcical government you submit to a much different pressure. Taxation will never equal representation because we know as truth that the poor vote for entitlement while the rich vote for exemptions. There has to be a middle voter. A collective being that votes against the hippie movement and against the righteous right. You are not a person, you are a slave to idiocy who wants to crush your children’s future by instilling “needs” amongst the living dead who got us where we are by neglecting the promise of the future generation. Block out the bullshit fed to you by “humanitarians”, “government helpers”, and “job destroyers” and use your bloc of voting power to eliminate job destruction.

****Young people often associate themselves with the “democrat” religion but in all studies they respond that they prefer “job creation” over “job destruction”, “wealth” standards over “poverty” standards, and “peaceful community” over local “crime-ridden society”

in-eloquent, but not completely misguided.

that being said, "slave to idiocy" would be a great band name.

Cute. What does it mean? What is your proposal for stopping 'job destruction?'

^While its annoying and trite to respond to your 19 year old not yet wet vagina, I'll clarify by clearing the air on "job destruction"

Stop crowding out private investment you stupid fuck. Every $8,000 you steal from a rightful homeowner, $4,000 from a rightful carowner, and a person who WORKS for a living is an equal amount of dollars you steal and grant to someone who only has a job due to your continuing efforts to subsidize jobs who offer no value in America.

Eat yourself you hippie faggot.

^^We could start by removing onerous regulations and heavy corporate taxes. We could also encourage saving (rather than spending), which would result in more investment capital.

Well, like how we bail out financial institutions and manufacturers in order to "save jobs." But, really, the jobs argument is used for all kinds of things. "Oh, we need the income tax, think of all the IRS and tax-related jobs we would lose!" "We need wars of aggression, it provides employment to the troops!" "We have to have a bloated federal government...jobs!" You can't have jobs for the sake of jobs if they're taking from public money, or if those jobs are for a company that wouldn't be making a profit in a free market. We may lose some jobs when a company goes under, but it doesn't help anyone to have employees working in a non-productive capacity.

It’s strange how the top marginal tax rate was in the 90% range back in the 40s up to the 70s, when it was in the 70% range, yet there were plenty of jobs to go around. It’s almost like having fiscal policies that bolster the middle class, the VAST majority of Americans, rather than corporations is actually good for the country.

And I like how the democrats get the blame, when in recent history, it was a democrat who presided over one of the most prosperous eras ever in American history.

rallydurham might remotely have a point if his views where anywhere in-line with reality.

TSB gets one of these seemingly drunken, limbaugh-esque rants from this guy every other month or so it seems. best to just let it quickly slip on down the page. again.

^^ No informed economist would suggest high taxes produce unemployment in the long term (although increasing the tax rate should cause short-term unemployment). There is even strong evidence that high taxes make unemployment during recessions less severe.

But it should also be pointed out there is more to life than avoiding unemployment.

Don't forget that this was a period when relatively few women worked full time. These days, most households have two incomes rather than one. So, I don't think that you can make an apples to apples comparison with the last few decades and the 40's to the 70s.

I realize there probably aren't any liberals awake at 8 am to go to work and since its not the first of the month they don't have to stand in line at the bank. But if any of you basement dwelling dregs were awaken because your parents were loud making coffee in the kitchen this morning you might have time to read this. I realize you probably had a long night of starcraft and japanese anime porn so maybe take a few moments to review the OP

The difference between you and liberals is that you've made a thread rife with fearmongering, ignorance, and sweeping generalizations. This isn't so much conservatism on your part as mindless trolling. But I salute you for keeping us laughing at you for most of a page.

I see you are thinking with your Glenn Beck logic, and not real logic.

It's very obvious rallydurham's goal is to bash democrats. OR IS IT???
