Hey man,

I own a townhome in Hunter's Club off Kaplan Dr and will be looking for an additional tenant starting Jan 1. Since I own the house you wouldn't be subletting and you would just sign an individual 6mo lease. It's a 1650 sq ft house; 3 bed 3 bath so you would have your own private bath. The room I need filled is about 14' x 12'. You'd be living with 2 male roommates who are both bartenders and have some strange hours. We don't make much noise at odd hours but being a heavy sleeper would probably be a plus. Since it's a larger place it comes with a larger mortgage so rent is set at $415+utils (power, water, AT&T U-Verse). The whole place has fresh paint, brand new carpet and laminate flooring.

yea, a bit out of my range, sounds like a nice place though...unfortunately I'm also not a very heavy sleeper and rather drab...in bed by 11, up by 6
