Got a ticket for having a headlight out. Court date is Dec. 1
Court is closed until November 30. If I mail payment on Friday for overnight delivery (they'll receive it on Nov. 30), do you think I will be ok? I'd rather not take off work to go to court.  11/25/2009 5:55:04 PM

I'm pretty sure they will continue your case over the phone if you give them a call. I've done it very close to my court date but not the day before. Unless you have already done that once in which case you're worse at procrastinating than I am.
