I am taking a COOP in Greenville SC over the spring and need someone to take my room. This is a beautiful townhome, and we are the first occupants. My roomate's parents own the place (and he makes a great landlord). This is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath, 3 story townhome with a garage (single car, shared between roommates, basically whoever gets there first). Rent would be 400+cable usually comes out to about 435. I can PROMISE you will not find a nicer place for this price, and if you do, tell me and Ill think about matching the rent.

About the roommates, both are upperclassmen engineers at NC State. They like to have a good time, but very rarely at our place. They both have girlfriends and would keep pretty much to themselves if you want to be alone. Im sure the place would stay clean as I seem the be the messy roommate.

Looking for a student or someone around that age. Someone who is easy to get along with. Both roomates study fairly regularly, so no weekday parties (not to say you cant have friends over, just use common courtesy). Smokers/drinkers are fine (smoking would have to be outside though). Does the wolfline come there?

Its not on the wolfline, and the location is right on the corner or gorman and tryon.
