Standard black metal futon frame. No mattress. The wire supports on the bottom were giving out, so they have been replaced with a piece of plywood (it was done right and looks fine, the plywood was painted black to match). It's actually more comfortable with the plywood support than it was with the wire supports. I'll try to get a pick up later if needed.
