Considering lemon trees can't grow in NC, I imagine not

One place that will most likely have it is A Southern Season. They have an absurdly large honey selection. Try giving them a call.

I have a small jar at home... barely tangible citrusy flavor. Not my favorite by far among the 15 or so different honeys I have at home, but maybe it is just not a good quality one. (I was expecting it to be much better)

Where in NC does he live? I'm assuming an area not prone to frost.

because there are areas in NC that dont frost

you can keep citrus indoors just fine and theyll set fruit

in theory its not a big deal to rent some bees and move your containers outdoors in order to harvest the honey although there are much better choices for bees growing ubiquitously so you are not going to get lemon honey unless your container lemon orchard is HUGE or you release them in a greenhouse

me personally i dont taste the difference in any of these honeys, i just see the color differences but i cant perceive differences in taste

wolfpackgrrr, I've seen lemon trees growing in NC.

There is a little bit of a sour taste to it.
