Is this even possible?

My hope is that someone who lives there but doesn't have/own a car would sell me their permit... however, I don't even know how the parking system at that place works. Enlighten me!

meh, I have a motorcycle permit, but I'd like a place to park once in a while when it's really cold or raining. I spend all my time in Jordan, so it would be pretty convenient to park at College Inn.
