As much as I hate USC, it just doesn't seem like the same place with out Carroll at the helm. And is it just me or does it seem like his attitude and persona just can't work in the NFL? What I am saying is they pretty much know 100% that they want Carroll. Out of all the people out there that could take the job, he is #1 choice on their list. Whether he is actually the best coach, is different, but they want HIM. It is pointless to have to interview a black coach when he has 0 chance at getting the job, just because they have to.
