usaa was great until they jacked my rate up by like 23% when my policy renewed recently. i hadn't done anything, but they said because they took in less in premiums last year in NC, they adjusted the rates, and that's just what they do. i told them if they were going to do that, i'd be shopping around, and got insurance through geico for cheaper. the woman on the phone basically told me she was fine with that. so i signed with them, and then only when i am actually calling to cancel my policy do they try to work with me and find me a better rate. too late, too bad.

Also, you're right. You didn't ask me for any information. However, had I believed this and actually decided to buy insurance through this "company", I can't guarantee how much I would trust any "policy" they would try to sell me if they don't even have a credible email address.
