Roommate is moving out at the end of January, and we are looking for another person to fill the space.

Rent includes utilities (water/electricity/heat), and we have our own washer and dryer. Internet is an extra $9 bucks a month. Each room has a separate bathroom attached to it, as well as a walk in closet.

Apartment complex is located in University Commons on Gorman Street, near the intersection of Gorman and Kaplan. We live directly on the Wolfline Route, as well as the Catbus.

Apartment comes with 3 female roommates
