I will graduate from law school in the beginning of May. I will be studying for the bar in the Raleigh area and will need a place to lease/sublease for the summer. I might also have a fellow classmate needing a place to live as well. We would need somewhere that is extremely quiet, both inside the house/apartment and the neighborhood. Scratch the sublease, unless you can come up with a NICE apartment, away from students, that has 2 bedrooms available. Likely gonna do a 3 month lease somewhere with a buddy.

i know they do 3mth leases at clarion crossings. its near ncstate, but isnt full of loud annoying college kids having parties all the time....at least i didnt experience that when i lived there.....and its pretty affordable....though it might be more expensive for the shorter lease terms....
