arrived at my parents house for someone with the same last name as we. They've lived there for 30ish years, and have never met the woman, and she's not the original/previous owner.

My mother took the notice to the court house, and the woman, who took the notice, responded casually, "yea, we've had a lot of fictitious names and addresses show up for duy notices. We think it's related to voter fraud in the 2008 election."

Even more perplexing, it was a second notice. They never saw a first notice.
