ok i'd like to explain to the morons who propogate this type of idiocy.
snow comes from the condenced water molecules in the atmosphere.
water molecules rise to the atmosphere when it evaporates from oceans, lakes, and rivers.
water evaporates cause of warm weather.
GW means that the earth is hotter and thus causing more water to evaporate and hence resulting is increased percipitation in the form of rain or snow.
