Saikaubi and I were planning on moving in with 2 other friends, but one dropped and we need to fill the room.

The house is in Trailwood Springs off of Lineberry. 2 stories (open room is upstairs), Washer/Dryer, electric fireplace, wood deck, large backyard, full kitchen w/appliances. Whoever takes this room will be sharing a bathroom with Saikaubi. We'd prefer another male, but would be fine with a female.

Must be able to keep public space and bathroom clean, and must be ok with pets (we have a dog, a cat, and a number of reptiles)

I should also mention than when Saikaubi starts drinking, her top comes off pretty fast.

Move-in is April 1.

The other roommate is female. I am moving out at the end of July and I'm being replaced by another male.

Also, the $310 does not include utilities (but they will be split 4 ways so it won't be bad)

SO basically you were selling a room in a house where you're moving out, and whoever jumps on this would be alone with two girls (well, potentially alone) with tops coming off and a shared bathroom and the celebration at the departure of a jew... so wow, this would be a good time.

Makes me angry I signed a lease.
