I actually think it'd be bad if Roberts stepped down. I don't necessarily agree with everything that he says/decides but he's an incredibly smart guy and is a good Chief

Compared to Scalia and Thomas, Roberts is John Marshall. I'd be sad to see him go, too.


And a battle of the next SC justice is probably the last thing we need now.
