Does this include 3G with water damage? The screen is white with black lines going down. I took it to the apple store and he said it was water damage, the power adapter sensor was the one that was red. fixable?

So, I bought it right before I went to Haiti, the first night someone jumped out of the top bunk and landed on it. The case did not crack, just the screen in the upper left hand corner and a small crack across the screen. It is still usable, and I am not going to pay what one costs new to get it fixed but I would like to get it fixed if I can.
