Looking for 2 people to sublease two rooms in our apartment for the summer and, if you so choose, through next school year. Our apt. is 4 BR, 4 Bath. ThePeter and I are graduating and moving out. Currently, we live with two females so we are leaning toward potential female subletters.

We would like to meet any potential subletters prior to any agreement. We do not rent from the Preiss Company. Our landlord owns the apartment and we pay directly to him.

- Rent is 320/month, includes water.
- One room is available starting May 1st through August 1st. Landlord said he'd extend it out to next school if desired.
- The other room is available in later May through August 1st. Landlord said he'd extend it out to next school if desired.
- Perfect for summer school students (on-campus housing for just one session is $600!!) or just someone looking for a place for the summer.
- We're flexible. You can stay all summer or just part of the summer.
- Great location! 2 minutes from NCSU (at Gorman and Western). Also, it is right across the street from Bojangles.
- You'll also have your own bathroom.
