Starts this Tuesday at 10pm. I've heard great things about it and believe it may be the next great underrated FX show. It also stars Timothy Olyphant for you Deadwood fans.

i finally looked it up, maybe it was Shanghai Noon that I saw him lol


but also, i think his character kind of reminds me of Sam Rockwell's in the Green Mile

I thought the pilot was fucking spectacular, too bad the following episodes won't be scripted by Elmore Leonard...the dialogue had that classic Leonard snap to it and Olyphant was born to play an ass kicking marshall. FX is carving itself out a nice little niche with all these testosterone fueled crime series.

Yeah, still diggin this show. Wish it had a little more Boyd in it last night but I understand why it didn't. It's easy to love the characters, especially Olyphant's. He was born for this type of role.

the part that bothered me was when the guy in the convenient store took all his stuff and his car and locked him up..

the first episode made it seem like he could have overpowered that guy when he wasn't paying attention or something...

i still liked it, i just thought something more was going to happen there.

I haven't seen last night's episode so maybe they've already addressed this, but this show needs to be serialized and not just a procedural...watching Tim Olyphant shoot bad guys every week is fun and all but I need some character development and story arcs or it's going to get old with a quickness.

The concept is pretty worn out but the characters are enjoyable. Timothy Olyphant is good as usual and I can't help but be shocked every time I see that guy from Eurotrip in something other than, well, Eurotrip.
