Only real requirement is that it must be a brand name machine, not a homebuilt.

Not stuck on P4s...it just has to be around that vintage or better.

If it doesn't have a hdd or ram, but i'd prefer that it did. No OS needed.

I have a Dell 8200 in good shape. 80gb, 1.9GHZ, 512MB ram. Like to get around $120

I'm currently using it as a DVR. Comes with windows xp pro, office 2003 and a bunch of other nonsense.
