I've been seeing upgrade messages in my U-verse account control panel lately, but when I'd go to the upgrade area, nothing would be available. Today, it was. I googled it and it turns out that starting today, it's available everywhere.

http://AT&T expands 24/3Mbit service to all 120 U-verse markets

FYI: I was previously on the highest-speed option (18/1.5) for $65/mo (just internet). Now, it appears that they have priced the new 24/3 option at $65, so the upgrade is free. If I stayed with 18/1.5, I'd pay $55 instead.

But I'm learning that this site is set up for the old school people that have 40k posts and isn't really trying to be accessible for new/casual people.

i don't think you understand how any forum/message board works...people DO click on threads with new posts that pertain to their interests or contain an NSFW tag.
